1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and bk8php ("bk8php," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk8php website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, and any other gambling or gaming products offered through our platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the bk8php platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Each person is permitted only one (1) account on the bk8php platform. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. bk8php employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, bk8php may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions and actions taken using your account credentials.

You agree to immediately notify bk8php of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. bk8php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

bk8php accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and other electronic wallets and banking channels as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits are subject to our payment processing terms and any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Deposited funds are intended solely for gaming purposes on the bk8php platform. You may not use bk8php as a money transfer service or for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or connected to money laundering or other illegal activity.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed all required identity verification procedures; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotions; (c) the funds being withdrawn are not subject to any pending investigation or dispute; and (d) you have not violated these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification requirements. bk8php reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 unless otherwise specified.

All withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit source where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If return to the original source is not feasible, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged at bk8php's discretion. Withdrawal fees may apply as specified in our fee schedule.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

bk8php is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts and funds pending investigation. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.

4. Gameplay Rules and Betting

4.1 Game Rules

All games offered on the bk8php platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are available for review within each game interface or upon request. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of any conflict between game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Past game results do not influence future outcomes.

4.2 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted when confirmed by the bk8php system and your account balance is debited accordingly. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious system error or as otherwise provided in these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirming placement.

bk8php reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraud, collusion, error, or breach of these Terms. If a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your account balance.

4.3 Maximum Winnings and Payout Limits

Unless otherwise specified in individual game rules or promotional terms, there are no maximum winnings limits on the bk8php platform. However, bk8php reserves the right to implement payout schedules for exceptionally large winnings, paying out such amounts in installments over an agreed timeframe. Any such arrangements will be communicated to the affected player.

4.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of system malfunction, communication failure, software error, or any other technical issue that affects game outcomes or bet placement, bk8php reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. If you encounter any technical issues, you must immediately cease gameplay and contact customer support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bk8php offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. These specific terms supplement and, where applicable, override these general Terms.

Bonuses are granted at bk8php's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using any system or strategy designed to exploit bonus offers, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per player at any given time. You may not withdraw bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. bk8php reserves the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated bonus terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bk8php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; (d) abusive behavior toward staff or other players; (e) exploitation of system errors or bonus abuse; or (f) any other conduct that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses and promotional winnings. However, any remaining genuine cash balance (excluding fraudulent or disputed funds) will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of all verification requirements and deduction of any outstanding debts, fees, or chargebacks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you will lose access to all account features, and any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with our standard withdrawal process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or provided through the bk8php platform are the exclusive property of bk8php or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bk8php platform without our express written permission. The bk8php name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of bk8php and may not be used without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8php, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall bk8php's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, bk8php's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of any dispute regarding gameplay, bet settlement, or account matters, you agree to first contact bk8php customer support to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to our disputes department. bk8php will investigate all complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or seek independent mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.

bk8php's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver by bk8php of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bk8php regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. bk8php may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction.
